We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful IT Specialist to support and optimize our operations through system maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across various platforms.
  • Manage monthly updates for WordPress.
  • Maintain and update custom scripts using JavaScript and PHP.
  • Build and manage workflow automations with Zapier as a central tool.
  • Support and configure Airtable bases, views, and permission settings.
  • Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations.
  • Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable.
  • Provide technical support for Google Workspace.
  • Document internal systems and help optimize workflows.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient in multiple programming languages, and have experience with cloud-based services.
