Loan Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.


In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing resolved loans, ensuring all relevant processes are followed. This includes tracking loan repayments, liaising with law firms and clients, monitoring the sale(s) of real property associated with the loan and assisting in the closure process of accounts.


You will report to the Loan Portfolio Manager and be responsible for identifying and escalating matters with any concerning risk factors. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to interpret legal and financial documents accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage resolved loans
  • Track loan repayments and liaison with law firms and clients

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance, legal services or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial documents, loan agreements and legal orders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
