Job Summary

A data specialist is required to support our team with administrative tasks, data entry, and database management. This role involves working effectively in a collaborative environment and utilizing analytical skills to ensure accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary assistance for database usage inquiries at the project level.
  • Identify whether issues should be escalated to a higher authority and coordinate accordingly.
  • Determine required data points for each project and establish data entry and reporting workflows.
  • Conduct QA/QC activities to verify data completeness and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Experience with database systems such as Salesforce, Access, SQL-based systems, or proprietary platforms.
