About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Planning Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent English communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage their time independently throughout the workday.

  • Compile data and draft letters and documents as needed
  • Perform data entry into CRM and Document Management tools
  • Maintain CRM client information with relevant updates
  • Create reports from CRM and providers portals, providing analysis to relevant stakeholders
  • Collect and document business requirements and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Conduct research on insurance products, financial concepts, superannuation retirement, and tax strategies

In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify appropriate investment strategies based on client needs and goals. You will also attend client meetings with advisors to present and review financial plans.
