Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our financial planning team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), conducting thorough product comparisons, and performing strategy modeling in areas such as superannuation, insurance, and pensions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality SOAs and ROAs that meet compliance requirements.
- Conduct in-depth product comparisons and strategy modeling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
- Assist in setting up and structuring Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for property investment.
- Utilize advanced financial planning software such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic for research and documentation.
- Work closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients.
- Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with advisers to refine financial strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with advanced financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex financial strategies effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with financial advisers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours.
