  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between Customer Success Managers and customers, including sending reminders and follow-up communications, to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the management of an inbox for test lead responses from university clients to student inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses, enhancing the overall client experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in administrative roles or customer support, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like SmartHub, Outlook, and other education management systems, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • A background in higher education is preferred but not required, highlighting the importance of transferable skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy, showcasing attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a friendly and professional approach when interacting with clients, highlighting effective interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, disciplined, and adaptable attitude with a positive mindset and a service-oriented, problem-solving approach, driving business results and client satisfaction.
  • Able to work-onsite for the first 3 months and transition afterwards to a work-from-home setup and mid-shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adjust to new situations.
