Lead Game Designer Position

We are seeking a talented Lead Game Designer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of our games, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and innovative experiences. They will have a deep understanding of game mechanics, level design principles, and the ability to balance player needs with business objectives.

A key aspect of this role is providing constructive feedback to the level design team, pitching ideas to engage users in existing projects, and working closely with the design team to create new content across all projects within the studio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of shipping successful games, experience with Unity 3D, and a solid understanding of f2p/casual level design. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year as a Level Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle or f2p games.
  • Experience in developing games across all platforms – mobile, console, and PC.
  • Extensive understanding of f2p/casual level design.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
