The role of Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist is crucial in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance. We are looking for an individual who can provide ongoing oversight and guidance on our compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement compliance processes and checklists to ensure effective monitoring and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Analyze new legislation and its impact on our business operations
Requirements:
  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience in compliance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and compliance reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
