Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with creative teams to manage client production schedules and ensure all work is completed on time.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and suggest improvements to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  • Identify project timelines for all requests and maintain accurate records based on client preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possesses passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the creative development and production process.
  • Can coordinate multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Is proficient in project and relationship management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides is a plus.
