Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and activation of new recruits.
  • Embed the Manulife Agency system within the branch to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance across the team.

Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven relationship skills including ability to deal with staff/management at all levels.
  • Preferably have five years in sales management experience preferably from the industry with good track record in sales and recruitment.
