Branch Manager

The Branch Manager reports and collaborates with the Regional Branch Manager to increase the assigned branch'sclient base and revenues. They oversee the productivity and efficiency of the assigned sales team to generate leads fornew business and customers through continual marketing and sales promotions.JOB REQUIREMENTS BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field At least five (5) years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization Experience in leading a sales team Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Strong organizational skills Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Analytical and creative thinking Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented approach with aptitude Ability to travel as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
