The role of Service Desk Manager at HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is a strategic position that involves managing project delivery and driving operations and delivery governance. The purpose of this role is to ensure seamless delivery of projects, optimize customer satisfaction, and minimize costs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery structures post transition/migration phase by evaluating budget, costs, risks, and staffing requirements.
- Create quarterly project charters with well-defined weekly project trajectories as per project specifications & requirements.
- Ensure 100% adherence to Project SLA's, information security protocols, and all customer's contractual obligations.
- Liaise between customer and internal technical delivery teams to drive project health by adhering to organizational norms of project metrics.
