AI Safety Conversational Lead

This role is perfect for those who are fascinated by AI and want to turn that fascination into meaningful conversations that make AI safer.
You will qualify inbound leads using discovery questions, conduct thorough research on potential customers, book meetings with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, and stay up-to-date on the latest AI-safety headlines and tooling updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean CRM by logging activity, enriching accounts, and reporting on conversion.
We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of professional work experience in any field, strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, hit deadlines, and utilize productivity tools efficiently. You should have customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems effectively. Key traits we need include curiosity about AI, energetic outreach, active listening, clear writing, growth mindset, and organized operator skills.
