Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our data and artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage data-driven projects, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to our evolving technology landscape.

This role plays a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights, driving innovation, and enhancing business operations through advanced AI solutions. With 5-7 years of relevant experience, the selected candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make an immediate impact on the efficiency of client delivery and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based data architectures using platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Supervise the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Oversee data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor emerging trends in data and AI technologies, recommending adoption of cutting-edge tools and practices.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data management, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Certification in Azure or AWS (e.g., Azure Data Engineer or AWS Certified Machine Learning).
  • Proven expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft fabric, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
