Job Title: Accountancy Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of an Accountancy Analyst. This position will support and partner with the client strategy team in entering client order information into the financial system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume client orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.
  • Maintain data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation.
  • Audit accounting outputs to ensure precision and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Meet tight deadlines consistently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
