Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and recording journal entries, reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. You will also help prepare financial statements and supporting documentation, as well as support internal and external audits.

In addition to your technical skills, we value strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and time management abilities. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (internships welcome)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate with numbers
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and deadlines in a remote setup
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
