We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Video Creator & Automation Engineer to help implement AI solutions, automate workflows, and manage complex projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and tech-savvy individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Senior AI Video Creator & Automation Engineer.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of working with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, and experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content. You will also be proficient in video editing and TikTok-style formats, and familiar with avatar-generation tools such as Synthesia, D-ID, and HeyGen.

You will work closely with the CEO to assist with tasks ranging from AI experimentation to data analysis and market research. Your primary responsibility will be to lead AI automation projects, analyze data, optimize AI workflows, and create high-quality AI-generated content that meets our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI automation projects using AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, and Airtable
  • Analyze data and optimize AI workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Create high-quality AI-generated content, including videos and UGC, that meets our business objectives
  • Conduct market research and summarize key findings to inform business decisions
  • Run usability tests and create website mockups as needed
  • Develop and manage AI agents for business automation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, and Airtable
  • Experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content
  • Proficient in video editing and TikTok-style formats
  • Familiarity with avatar-generation tools such as Synthesia, D-ID, and HeyGen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
