In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior colleagues in developing their skills and expertise in their area of responsibilities.

As a key member of our operations enablement chapter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of application features from development to production environments. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead operations support interactions with platform stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role. Proficiency in Java, Python, Snowflake, SQL, AWS, JIRA/Confluence/SCRUM, Datawarehouse (ETL and Control-M), Incident and Problem Management, ITSM (IT Service Management), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and Dashboarding (Qlik) is required.
