  • Transition of application features: Ensure quality and efficiency
  • Operations Enablement service catalogue: Develop and improve service delivery
  • Continuous improvement initiatives: Drive optimization of business application service operations
  • Project management: Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations
  • Key qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology and/or financial industry
    • Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB) using SQL
    • Experience with Incident and Problem Management
    • Programming languages: Java and/or Python
    • Cloud services: Experience with AWS (certification is a plus)
    • Business Intelligence tools: Knowledge of Qlik (a plus)
    • Collaboration tools: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; background in ServiceNow (a big plus)
