Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee the daily management of customer accounts, including invoicing and collection activities.

This role will involve reconciliations, key performance indicator calculations, analysis of period-over-period financial flux, and collaboration with internal controls to ensure process automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and processing invoices in Salesforce Billing
  • Applying customer payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers to manage invoice collections
  • Troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues
  • Utilizing ticketing systems for effective issue resolution (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)
  • Invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tipalti)
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing, applying payments in Salesforce Billing and NetSuite, collecting invoices ranging in value, troubleshooting and resolving customer payment issues, working in HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana, and Coupa
  • Edge: Proficiency in Happyfox, Slack, Notion, performing account updates in Salesforce, working with bankruptcy filings, and analyzing Accounts Receivable Reserve data
