About the Role

As a senior financial professional, you will work closely with our finance team to manage day-to-day transactional finance processes.

  • Process and track all finance-related transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Raise purchase orders upon request and maintain alignment with financial records.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs for review and processing, guaranteeing compliance with financial regulations.
  • Generate and send sales invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and ensure transactional integrity.
  • Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns, adhering to UK tax standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Collate and prepare year-end data and support audit documentation requests.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on various projects and reporting tasks.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience within a finance function.
  • Experience in UK GAAP and IFRS is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and month-end/year-end processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and financial compliance standards.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
