Key Responsibilities:

  • Document technology requirements for informed decision-making.
  • Provide overall directions for technical specifications.
  • Analyse the technology environment and document requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (preferred).
  • Cisco, BICSI, or industry-standard certifications are an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of relevant post-graduate experience in IT areas.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in reporting formats, technical analysis, and dashboard UI/UX.
