Job Title

A Project Manager role is available in a Hybrid Work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Information Systems Group within business groups and maintain high visibility.
  • Attend meetings and provide central information for technology activities.
  • Promote collaboration between banking divisions impacted by projects.
Project Management
  • Assume full responsibility for project phases, from initiation to stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules with estimated costs and forecasted timelines.
  • Manage project-level risks and issues.
  • Control scope changes to avoid creep.
  • Prepare management reports for senior management.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and manpower costs.
  • Communicate project objectives to teams and establish roles and responsibilities.
  • Define escalation processes within ISG, business, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance to bank policies and project management standards.
  • Measure project performance and address recurring issues.
  • Transition necessary trainings, documents, and guidelines to application support during stabilization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • At least 4 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Advanced Analysis, Design, Programming, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Work Setup

Hybrid - Must report on-site whenever needed.
