HR Generalist Leader

At RCN PH - Neo Career Group, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human resources function and contributing to the company's overall success.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000-$35,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional who can effectively manage the entire human resources lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex data, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct thorough background checks and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Analyze and resolve employee conflicts and performance issues in a fair and timely manner
• Manage employee onboarding process, including benefits enrollment and training programs
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using HRIS software to track key metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that drive business results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
