Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA certification preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; experience in the construction industry or publicly listed companies is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct financial reporting, communication, and negotiations in both languages.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Excel for data analysis.
    • Familiar with financial requirements for IPOs, including financial statements, stock exchange compliance regulations, and internal financial controls.
    • Knowledgeable about Philippine financial regulations, tax policies, and the financial characteristics of the construction industry.
    • Strong expertise in budget management, financial analysis, cost control, and auditing.
  • Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work under pressure, and possesses strong team collaboration, leadership, and IPO compliance awareness.
