Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Training Specialist to lead our beautification program and develop training initiatives that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty training and be able to analyze gaps in our current training programs and develop effective solutions to address them.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing beauty training programs required by our retail brands, including skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrances, and trending/emerging beauty categories and products.
  • Conducting regular Train the Trainer (T3) beauty workshops and refreshers for our beauty advisors, specialists, and in-store trainers.
