Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Documenting Architect. This position involves translating creative concepts into accurate, detailed documentation using Revit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Precisely prepare construction documentation in Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Work with supplied Revit templates and adhere to established documentation styles.
  • Effectively interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal instructions.
  • Maintain open communication and collaboration with team members in a remote environment.
  • Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute proactively to the team and demonstrate a collaborative attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, showcasing fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills.
  • Solid experience in creating construction documentation across various drawing types and scales.
  • A strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats is highly desirable.
  • An exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to drafting.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to contribute ideas.
  • A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required.
