About the Role

We're expanding our Operational Excellence team to power the next stage of growth. We're looking for a tech-savvy Systems Analyst to optimize tools, systems and workflows that drive our operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools like Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
