Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR & Legal Department Manager to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc.

About the Role:

  • Lead the management of HR functions related to labor relations, recruitment, compensation, training, and record management activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and retention plans to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Oversee the processing of visa/travel documents for employees and conduct monitoring to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in preparing CBA documents, reviewing wage and salary scales, and preparing reports for Excom.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bar passer with 15 years of working experience in HR/Legal.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
