As a senior-level software developer, you will be responsible for leading the full development lifecycle of our EO Command Center software. This includes architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration.

You will define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities. Your expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar) will be instrumental in building a secure, scalable system for our multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Additionally, you will work closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables. Your ability to collaborate effectively and gather feedback from internal users and clients will be crucial in continuously improving the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software.
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap.
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Connect the platform with external tools and APIs.
  • Build in AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Iterate on the platform based on feedback from internal users and clients.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and manage additional developers as the product scales.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to work autonomously and make key decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of the project from concept to market launch.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in HR tech, staffing platforms, or operations-focused SaaS.
  • Background in building dashboard/analytics tools.
  • Prior startup or early-stage company experience.
  • Experience leading small dev teams or contractors.
