Senior Business Advisory Consultant


Description

This position provides strategic advisory services to organizations, assisting them in improving productivity and overall performance.


The role entails providing unbiased and objective advice, helping organizations make informed decisions that drive growth and success. Key responsibilities include engagement management, relationship building, people management, and professional development.


The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or other related fields. Additionally, the candidate should have a CPA or CIA certification and at least three years of relevant work experience in business risk and consulting services, transaction services, or forensic and fraud solutions.


Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning skills are essential for this role. The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, peers, subordinates, and other associates within and outside the firm is also crucial.


In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely feedback to staff assistants about their job performance, attending seminars and trainings for continuous professional development, and participating in an annual performance review process.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or other related fields
