Marketing and Sales Visualizer Position

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Designer to develop impactful visual content across our marketing and sales divisions, targeting enterprise HR and Benefits Professionals in the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with our growth team to create high-quality design assets that meet our brand guidelines.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing design assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh creativity.
  • Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.

Skill Requirements:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each.
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Keen analytical mind and ability to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights.
