Job Title: Content Creator Specialist

About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Craft Engaging Captions

The ideal candidate will craft persuasive captions that drive subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty for a range of content. Each caption should reflect the unique voice and brand of the assigned model.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Develop Model Voice Profiles

Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model and train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.

  • Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows

Build and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for caption creation, review, and scheduling, and collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.

  • Content Calendar & Coordination

Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions and anticipate high-traffic content periods to prepare ahead.

  • Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven

Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language, and keep captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant by collaborating with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms, strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.

Preferred qualifications include experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries, a background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing, and previous exposure to adult-themed content in a professional or agency setting.
