Lead QA Specialist - Hybrid Work Arrangement

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Specialist to join our team in BGC Taguig City. This role involves supporting our Digital production and development teams in ensuring quality deliverables of all digital production assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business requirements, brand guidelines, and functional specifications from a QA perspective.
  • Providing QA support by understanding the subject matter.
  • Developing required brand knowledge quickly.
  • Working closely with production/development and project management teams to understand business requirements, communicate problem impacts, determine quality issues, adherence to brand guidelines, and compliance issues on other project-specific instructions.
  • Developing and maintaining necessary QA artifacts/reports to ensure effective capture of defects and feedback mechanisms to production/development teams.
  • Identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities proactively, and communicating those through the right channels.
  • Escalating incidents to the correct resolver groups both internally and externally.
  • Possessing good English language skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate with users at all engagement levels.
  • Working efficiently under pressure/high workload on multiple campaigns/projects.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing a team of Quality Analysts in the Digital industry.
  • Good knowledge in Digital Marketing solutions, services, and platforms.
  • Proficient in quality maintenance practices and processes.
  • Keen eye for detail, process-driven, and documented approach.
  • Experienced in generating quality/defect reports.
  • Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experienced in following brand guidelines.
  • Good organizational and technical quality.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Amenable to hybrid work (onsite/work from home).
