Job Opportunity

ShopBack is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Social Media Content Associate. This position involves creating ad creatives that convert and deliver high-performing content across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing user-generated content (UGC)-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies. They will also have a strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.

In this role, you will partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns, source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content, and translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.

You will also build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms, work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance, and stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging.

Responsibilities:

Essentials to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows and drive efficiency.
