Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Management: Manage and maintain digital content across client accounts, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and properly structured.
  • Content Organization: Develop and implement folder structures, naming conventions, and documentation systems to optimize content accessibility and retrieval.
  • Tone Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create script templates that ensure tone consistency across all content pieces.
  • Content Creation and Review: Assist in developing content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals, review content for quality, and flag any inconsistencies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination, providing timely updates and task status via internal tools.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM E.S.T
