Compliance Specialist Role

The Compliance Specialist will demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's culture and competitive environment.

In this position, you will:

  • Maintain ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists across various regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure timely compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with other sites and monitor performance.
  • Analyze new legislation to assess its impact on risk exposure and coordinate compliance-related activities.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
