
Customer Experience Risk Manager

The Compliance Specialist will demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's culture and competitive environment.
In this position, you will:
- Maintain ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists across various regions.
- Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure timely compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other sites and monitor performance.
- Analyze new legislation to assess its impact on risk exposure and coordinate compliance-related activities.
We are seeking an individual with:
- A university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
