Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

Are you ready to bring humanity to business? As a Senior Learning Analyst, you'll be part of our team that makes customer experiences exceptional.
The role is all about creating and executing blended learning training programs that drive sustained business growth. You'll work with external clients to align on training needs and results, and communicate effectively with stakeholders from different departments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement curricula for training programs, ensuring they're learner-centric and evidence-based.
- Provide coaching and support to teams of training managers and specialists to help them achieve targets and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain learning solutions using technology and innovation.
- Oversee the testing, deployment, and maintenance of learning technologies to ensure they're scalable and data-driven.
- A bachelor's degree in technology or technical writing, with advanced skills in project management and technical documentation.
- Experience in creating user content leveraging multimedia and graphic design, with excellent English language skills (CEFR: C1).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders across different departments.
