Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Makati. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our properties, including overseeing building operations, managing facility budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement building maintenance and operational programs
  • Manage all vendor contracts and negotiate bids and contracts for third-party workers
  • Ensure efficiency of all building systems and coordinate site safety programs
  • Prepare operating reports and budgets, and maintain a safe work environment for all employees
  • Manage facilities planning and space allocation, and prepare cost estimates for moves and equipment
  • Coordinate with department heads and building contractors, and manage maintenance of grounds
  • Ensure all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulation, and negotiate contracts for third-party workers
  • Oversee all building functions, and coordinate all maintenance issues and schedules
  • Prepare and file reports with government and regulatory authorities, including environmental permitting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
  • Minimum of 4 years related work experience in Engineering industry, Building Construction, Construction Management, or Property Management
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, AUTOCAD, Excel, and Internet
  • Excellent facilities management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and design skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex constructability problems, and communicate/ interface with all levels of personnel

Competitive salary and benefits package, including Php 60,775.31 Basic Pay + 10,000.00 Allowance, and a working schedule of Mondays - Fridays (8am-5pm) and Saturdays (8am-12nn)
