NetSuite Technical Expert Role

We're seeking a highly skilled NetSuite technical expert to join our Enterprise Applications team.

This role requires close collaboration with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to implement our enterprise applications product roadmap. As a technical expert, you'll analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with multiple teams, and find solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develop Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and systems.
  • Partner with Technology Teams: Partner with technology teams to define system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in Systems Implementation: Participate in systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support
  • Design Automated Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Investigate Gaps and Issues: Proactively investigate gaps and issues, identify potential solutions, and present to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Review Sessions: Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Resolve Production Support Issues: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production support issues.
  • Develop Project Milestones: Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go-live.
  • Participate in System Upgrades: Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, and evaluation.
  • Support Reporting and Dashboards: Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Lead Data Management Activities: Lead data management and migration activities.
  • Ensure Timely Communications: Ensure timely communications and training in accordance with project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good understanding of ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing, etc.
  • Experience in Javascript or other programming languages is required.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and have strong interpersonal skills to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Self-starter who can handle ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
