Marketing Campaign Manager Role

We're seeking a talented professional to lead our multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive business results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a seasoned marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure, and proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and support sales goals.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate tasks, and support lead generation efforts.
  • Build, test, and optimize campaigns to drive real business results.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, share actionable insights, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing.
  • Experience in event marketing or trade show planning.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and how to optimize messaging for organic reach.
