Job Title: Digital Identity Manager

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Identity Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of digital identities and access to resources.

This encompasses provisioning and de-provisioning identities, securing and authenticating identities, and authorizing access to resources and/or performing certain actions. You will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Management: Manage user onboarding, termination, and role changes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Access Control: Manage file share access provisioning and user access provisioning/de-provisioning for optimal resource utilization.
  • Authentication Administration: Administer user authentication using tools such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Software and System Access: Manage access to software and systems based on Active Directory.
  • Admin Consent Requests: Manage admin consent requests in Azure Active Directory.
  • Privileged Account Management: Handle manual onboarding, termination, and role changes for privileged accounts.
  • RBAC Role Management: Manage RBAC roles to ensure appropriate access control across systems and applications.
  • Regular Reviews: Regularly review and update role assignments to align with organizational needs and security policies.
  • Account Review: Conduct regular account reviews, including those for expired, dormant, and late-terminated accounts.
  • Shared Mailbox Management: Manage access to shared and personal mailboxes, create shared mailboxes, and handle the creation and administration of distribution lists (DLs).
Requirements:
  • At Least 3 Years of Experience: In a related field.
  • Solid Understanding: Of Group Policy and network architecture.
  • Knowledge and Experience: In Service Management systems/tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory: Or CyberArk.
  • Background with Azure Cloud Active Directory: Including experience with Azure Enterprise Applications, SAML, and SCIM integrations.
  • Expert Understanding: Of Admin Consent workflows and User Delegated Permissions in OAuth/OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with PowerShell Scripting: And understanding of user directories, identity lifecycle management, and identity attestation.
  • Experience in Privileged Access Management: And Microsoft Office 365 platforms.
  • Understanding of Authentication: Authorization, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and ITIL v3/v4.
