Role Overview:

UnionDigital Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
to lead our IAM unit. This pivotal role will drive the strategy, implementation, and optimization of IAM processes to ensure robust security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced digital banking environment. The successful candidate will address critical challenges, including open directory platform tool management, and the implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Open Directory Platform
    : Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the platform to ensure effective identity and access management across cloud systems.
  • Access Management Lifecycle Management
    : Address IAM challenges related to access management lifecycle by implementing streamlined, compliant processes to ensure timely account activation/deactivation within regulatory timelines (e.g., 24-hour SLA).
  • PAM Implementation and Operations
    : Lead the deployment and ongoing operation of Privileged Access Management solutions, enforcing just-in-time access and granular controls to secure privileged accounts.
  • IGA Framework Development
    : Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration frameworks to enhance access control, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Team Leadership
    : Manage and mentor a team of IAM analysts and leads, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • IAM Program Oversight
    : Develop and manage IAM programs, aligning them with organizational goals, BSP regulatory requirements, and industry standards like ISO 27001.
  • Workflow Management
    : Optimize IAM process workflows through ticketing tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring efficient, accurate, and auditable operations.
  • Process Automation
    : Drive automation of IAM processes to reduce manual errors, enhance scalability, and improve operational efficiency.
  • IAM Strategy and Planning:
    Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure alignment of IAM initiatives. Communicate IAM policies and procedures to stakeholders. Document all IAM related processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Access Management, Privileged Account Management, Identity Governance and Administration preferably within banking, digital payments, fintech, e-wallets, or payment services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (any of the following):
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information1 Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), Single Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and IAM tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing IAM teams, including analysts and leads.
