Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team, bringing expertise in functional support and system improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system support, particularly in SAP EWM/LE/TM/IM. They will be responsible for providing user support, training, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with business owners and system architects on system improvement initiatives, conducting and facilitating system testing, and monitoring operational processes.

The Senior Consultant will also compile and update documentation on system specifications, operation procedures, etc.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in IT system support.
