Job Title: Training Program Lead

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of training programs for the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of college education or an equivalent diploma, and proficiency in English at least at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 4.

The selected candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in BPO or a similar environment, with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory capacity. They will be expected to design modules catering to all types of learners and collaborate with other departments to identify training opportunities.

The successful candidate will have strong facilitation skills using Adult Learning Theories, ability to measure training results, and experience with Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
