Primary Responsibilities:- Design instructor-led, web-based, and e-learning training programs
- Develop training processes and procedures
- Identify training needs for facilitator guides and train-the-trainer sessions
You will work closely with management and functional leaders to gather information on business needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in training or related field
- At least 2 years of experience designing web-based training in a corporate environment
- Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills
