Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and expand training and development programs that meet the needs of our organization;
  2. Deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement;
  3. Develop and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted;
  4. Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers;

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience)
  2. A minimum of 2 years managing a travel account, specializing in cruise lines
  3. Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  4. A problem solver and critical thinker
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
