Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Virtual Assistant Training Expert to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Virtual Assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of different training styles, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive content for VAs
  • Evaluate and assess VAs' skills and competencies through thorough evaluations and assessments
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide targeted feedback to VAs
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, group discussions, and peer learning opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or talent development
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for training delivery and coordination
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding of different training and learning styles
