Executive Communications Director

The role of Executive Communications Director involves leading the development and execution of strategic communications plans to support HP's business objectives. This includes crafting compelling narratives, overseeing integrated communications campaigns, and managing executive visibility across global forums.

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in corporate narrative development, CEO and executive communications, media relations, crisis and policy communications, and corporate reputation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advancing a company's voice on innovation, sustainability, and digital equity while ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve HP's corporate narrative to reflect its innovation agenda, sustainability leadership, and commitment to digital equity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on communications strategy and positioning.
  • Lead integrated communications campaigns that support HP's business goals and elevate its global reputation.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate communications, including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communications plans that drive business results.
