Located in the National Capital Region, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Sorting Center operations. As Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to initiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operations. You will work closely with SOC Leads in manpower planning and allocation, evaluating performance and providing feedback and ramp up plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sorting center operations
  • Initiate process improvements
  • Collaborate with SOC leads on manpower planning
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields
  • Experience in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and third-party)
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications
